white hypopigmentation marks

I was burned on oct 19 by deewali explosive.  I was left with white hypopigmentation marks . It has been six months and I have not seen any changes. Please let me know if this is permanent or if there is any treatment for this.

White hypopigmentation scars after burns are very difficult to treat. but Elidel cream or Protropic can be used on these hypopigmented  areas. But use them after a dermatologist’s guidance. If the symptoms still persist then  you can talk to your dermatologist about laser-assisted chemabrasion(LACA).It has provided excellent results in such hypopigmentation. One medicine which has been advised by many dermatologists for scar diminishing is contractubex gel/cream. You can seek your dermatologist/surgeon’s opinion before using this cream. Otherwise you can go in for glycolic peals, and laser treatments. Severe scarring may need skin grafting by a plastic surgeon.
