white spot

i have white spot near ma left eye from three years i also consulted to dr. bt its not going and nw its spreading near eye , ma n neck .... m very scared pls help me to get rid of this.....

Is it a white bump under the skin? If so, this is normal and it's just a fat deposit.
If it appears flat it could be from an old scar...perhaps you had chicken pox as a child, which could cause this.
There is also a pigmentation loss that can occur and cause your skin to lose it's color.

Did your doctor say at that time what it was?

  he gave me medicine but after few tym it stop working
