white spots on penis.......

Hi i am 16 yr old boy.I have 4 problems with my penis.........
they are........
1)There are white spots on the foreskin of penis.....
2)Cant take the whole foreskin back ,experience pain when i try to do.......
3)Bad(rotten)smell arises when i pull back the foreskin
4)When i try to touch the head of the penis it hurts like hell....unbearable...........
please help me i am extremely worried.cant tell these things to anyone as i feel ashamed telling that............

You seem to be having balanitis. Balanitis is inflammation of the glans penis.As a foul smell is also present,so most likely it seems to be due to a bacterial or fungal infection.It may cause oedema, resulting in phimosis, or inability to retract the foreskin from the glans penis.i would suggest a dermatological examination as only after examination,can the treatment plan be decided.
