white spots or little dots on arms

i was wondering if anybody knoes why i get white spots on arms......and my neck. ...im kinda tan so there more noticable....if anybody can tell me wht they are  please do so

From the symptoms the possibility of tinea versicolor needs to be ruled out. Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities.Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines.
If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
