wierd bumps

okay so i haven't had sex in 6 month and i noticed these really really tiny bumps on my penis head. there is only about 5 of them and they are the size of a needle tip. And i think they are normal bump . So then i grew concerned and i went to the doctors and got tested and my test came back negative.
what could they be?
i know it can't be an std so please help me find out what they are?

It looks like you are talking about Fordyce spots which are present normally on penis. Fordyce spots are small,bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men.They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance. They may bleed if injured or even during intercourse.So pls avoid picking them up.
Other possibilities are of hair follicles and pearly penile papules.
