will neosporin help on inner thigh rash that itchs

i have a rash on my upper thighs on both side that really itchs for bout 2 or 3 monthhs now would neosporin help with that or what can i do

It looks like allergic reaction or contact dermatitis. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. Also use mild soaps like Dove. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
