Hello,
You cannot take oral contraceptives for the treatment of acne as sometimes oral contraceptives are known to flare up the condition. From your symptoms it looks like you are having some hormonal problems. For irregularity in periods, oral contraceptives can be used but the exact condition needs to be diagnosed first. I would suggest a gynecologist’s/ endocrinologist’s evaluation first.
