worried about white bump on lip !

Im not sure what is on my lip but There is a white bump nm my lower lip thats in  middle and Ive had that for as long as I could remember. It grows and grows as time passes , I bite it off all the time and it will go away but still be visible , (meaning it stays small). Now recently Ive had a NEW! bump on the side of my lower lip , this one is bigger and cant get rid of . Reason: I think I have this bump of the side off lips because I constanly like to rub on my lower lips with my ringers. I hope its wart so I can remove it but if its not then not sure! Its white and when I press down of it it just looks like tissue ,fat what ever you like to call it. It looks like it can be removed with laser but who knows if it comes back after laser Does anyone have an idea? please help I hate having this on my lips especially if its getting bigger and cant romove it by biting it since its on the side now?
