worried over the spots on my thigh. could it be kaposis?HELP! HELP!

have ths spots on my right thigh, thats been there for like 8-9 years now intact ..
may this could be somethng but i highly doubt this could be kaposis since i read a lot on it saw a lot of pictures though it also looks more like a dermatofibroma or heralds
I have heard that kaposis is related to aids/hiv, but the problem is that im not sexually active or indulged in anything risky which makes me worried why do i have weird spots/lesions.
spots are waxy, 5 in number do not pain,itch or blanch .3 are very slightly raised and 2 are in line with my skin can be hardly seen in light .. may be because of my dark brown complexion. im an indian
just for the record-
i hv only indulged in solo masturbation. time when i startd masturbating the first two years i dd it in a face down position (some call it the prone way of masturbation) .. ..

havent found an answer or a suitable input to this since i postd this earlier in a few forums related to hiv and herpes but were either left unanswered or ignored telling tht it didnt belong to the right forum ..

Is this the way how KS Cancer behaves? I mean, does it remain as such for years without no change?
How does KS cancer normally behave when it appears on skin? Does it pain or swell overtime  if left untreated?
