worried....

Dr, about a month ago i noticed several red dots in my penis, this happened after one night of protected sex. The dots lasted for about 2 weeks, they were like red small dots. I also saw 2 of them in my foreskin. About a week ago i also noticed my foreskin started to get inflammated, and it still is. Sometimes i feel like tickeling in the area, but no pain or need to scratch. I dont know if its related or not with that sexual encounter, but it was all protected. I received like 3 months ago unprotected oral sex, dont know if that has somenthing to do. Is it irritation? balanitis? yeast infection? im very worried about it....give your point of view, causes and what should i do.

thanks in advance

It sounds like irritation plus anxiety, not an STD.  My advice is to leave the area alone, to apply a moisturizing lotion like Lubriderm, and to show the area to a doctor if the spots and symptoms persist.

Take care.
