I have been sexually active and orally unprotected.
Will this go away by itself?

Most likely to be 'fordyce spots' extending to glans (glands). Though not a problem do consult your doc.

Hello,
The symptoms are suggestive of Fordyce spots. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you knidd. I got this marks about 4 months ago on both the right en left side of the glands. I hope I grow out if them and if not I am also glad to hear it doesnt look like an STD.

Btw. Would it be more appropriate to go for advice to a dermatologist or a urologist?
Thx
