wrinkles on my foreskin

I noticed a few day ago that generally when my penis is not erect my foreskin hangs loose. Also, it is wrinkled meaning that the foreskin hangs loose over the penis. I am only 24 and am curious is this suppose to happen. I read somewhere its normal because I masturbate a lot. Is this true?? Also, wanted to know can there anything be done about the wrinkles. These wrinkles are not at the end of the foreskin rather they are all over...the whole entirity of the foreskin itself. I would really like to know if i can maybe use a cream or something. Generally, i have heard of people masturbating with a cream or something, i dont find this neccessary...can anyone please let me know if i can do something about this? thanks

wow i have the same thing and when its erect i can see the wrinkles are like deep "cuts" but not like wounds.. more like scars or something.. and it is very dry when erect. do you have the same thing?  all over the net i find people with red skin or feeling itchy or something. i have none of these so i cant relate to anyone else's "problem". i think its pretty much like a circumcized penis exept that im not circumziced.. :S
