wrinkles under my eyes

i have wrinkles under my eyes. im 25 and ive been smoking since i was 15 or so and well ive cut down since but im noticing wrinkles under my eyes. the question is what do i do about it and what sort of cremes that arent super strong because strong cremes i think isnt good for my skin? is there a tightening method of some sort maybe a face mask? and is there an expiration for expensive cremes or cremes in general? i have this lancome anti wrinkle cream but i dont know if its old or not or whatever... thanks!!
