yeast infection

Dear Dr, about a year and a half ago I had unprotected sex with a girl. The day after I had a strange sensation on my penis head, and it was slightly red. On closer inspection when the penis was erect there were tiny red lumps on the head of the penis. I have been to see three doctors who on inspection on the unerect penis have said I have a yeast infection and have prescribed me canesten on all three occasions. I have not told any of the doctors about the tiny bumps when the penis is erect, however I've been tested all three times and my tests were clean. When I use canesten it quells the infection but doesn't make it go away. Should I be worried about other std's or is there a powerful cream that works more effectively than canesten?

The girl I had sex with was also checked and her tests came back clean.
