yellow skin

I have had it for as long as i can remember but I want to know what I should do to take care of the problem. Both my hands and feet are quite yellow. When I do not move them they seem to have many spots, thats mostly on the hands, and when i make a fist and release its bright yellow. I dont know if this is jaundice or something else. Any suggestions on treatments?? I can post a pic later if necessary, Im just kinda scared it cant be cured. any information will help, please send to my e-mail.
