Can typhoid increase blood sugar level

my blood sugar level use to always on lower side usuall 70 but after I suffer from typhoid it is mesure around 80 at fasting and 120 after lunch. can any one explain why it is so. I am 26 year old.

Your fasting and postprandial levels are within normal ranges. Until they go above or drop below normal, don't worry. If it bothers you that much go see a doctor.
