Curing Autonomic Neuropathy

I believe that I possibly have Autonomic Neuropathy because I suffer from several symptoms that come with it. My symptoms include

1)Anhidrosis (Absent Sweating)
2)Hyperthermia (High Body Tempreature)
3)Hot Flushed Face, Neck and Upper Chest
4)Dry Skin

I wan to  have several questions answerd

Is there a cure for Autonomic Neuropathy?
Is there a way that I can get my sweat glands to work again and allow me to sweat which would cool my body down?
Is there a way for Autonomic Neuropathy to be reversed by diet and exercise?
Is there a drug or medication that would be able to restore a person's ability to sweat like me who have stopped?
Is there a way that Stem Cell therapy could cure Autonomic Neuropathy?
Is there a person on this board to suffers from Autonomic Neuropathy to give me some advice?
Is there a drug or medication that can lower my body tempreature back to what it was before I got these symptoms?

I am so hot and to add insult to injury, I cant sweat to cool down and I am desperate to lower my body tempreature and be allowed to sweat again. I am a very misserable person who is going mad because of this. I would like a doctor to answer my questions espeically.

PLEASE DOCTOR I BEG OF YOU TO ANSWER ME AND GIVE ME SOME HOPE ON CURING ME OF THESE TERRIBLE SYMPTOMS.

Hello, we are not doctors here and can't answer your question.

Key would be to see a doctor and get some testing done to see if they can work out what is causing problem.  Probably start with an endocrinologist as they would want to rule out thyroid problems, and maybe a neurologist as they are the ones who deal with neuropathies.

Are you diabetic?  If so, normalising blood sugars is critical to managing any complications.

Best wishes
