I know it has other benefits as well, but I'm curious to see if anyone has used it for blood sugar stabilization, and what results, if any, you got from it.
I have heard of people using vinegar and they say it really helps them. I have never tried it because I do not like vinegar. Although, I have heard of people using cinnamon also.
