Diabetes associtated pains

Dear Doctor,
I am a 48 year old Indian male, suffering type II Diabetes since seven plus years. Doctor has advised
1. Trigem-2  (Glimepiride USP 2mg + Metformin HCL IP 500mg + Pioglitazone HCL 15 mg) morning before meal.
2. Cresar H (Telmisartan 40mg + Hydrochlorothiazide IP 12.5mg) Once a day.
3. Voltaneuron (Benfothiamine 50mg + Methylcobalamin 500mg + Pyridoxine HCL 30mg) Once a day.
4. Stresstabs once a day
Eventhough, my sugar levels are 150-200 fasting and above 200 pp.
My job is mostly sitting. I have severe pain in my legs, knee joint and pain/numbness in tips of my fingers
(always in feet fingers). Burning and itching sansation in the skin whole body. cramps and flickering jolts in the soles
and feet finger tips. I had severe abdominal pain due to Duodinitis 4 years back. Please advise to overcome these pains.
It has become unbearable now...Thanks in advance
