IS 6.9 HIGH ON AN ACCU-CHEK MACHINE FOR CHECKING DIABETES?

depends on when you took the reading and when you eat and what you eat.

ALL carbohydrates raise BG if the readiing was within 2 hours of eating a bowl of rice its OK  if it is a fasting reading its a little high.  fasting should be under 5.5
