Fasting

Hi! In a couple weeks I wil be participating in a 30 hour famine with my youth group & i was just wondering if anyone could let me know what types of food i should eat the week before & how i should prepare my body so that I dont get sick on the day of the famine.

Are you in good health, no medical issues? A 30 hour fast is no big thing but if you have medical issues, like Hypoglycemia, you should run this by your doctor before undertaking.
