Feel bad inAm/get sleepy

iam a white male 50 plus,wiigth 185 ,height 5'9 blood presure is normal with med.
as is herat rate.i receney had aabnormal ekg, it showed ST over 2MM.
my prblem is  my blood sugar is to high i n the am 144 soemtiems 167 and it gets high during afternnon.
i get sleepy around 6 pm some times  sooner.I am on Metformin 100mg in am 1000 mg pm
and glipizide5mg. Am and 5mg. PMLostran 25MG. once day metoprol tartrate 50 mg twice  a day an Levoyhroxine 0.05 mg  once a dayand diazipam 10MG two times a day
.is there other meds i could take tha might inprove my sugar levels and wh y do i fall alseep
and feel so  bad at tiems. i also am short of breath.
