Glucometer for continuous monitoring

I would like to buy some glucometer for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Do you have any personal experience with this type of monitoring? Can you recommend me any device?

When I Google searched 'continuous glucose monitoring system' I received a number of hits. I also do not know what is available in the Czech Republic so you will need to research that on your own.  Perhaps another forum member may respond with a better answer.

most glucometers are free you just need to get an number you'll find them in diabetic mags

There is no such unit currently aproved in the United States.

Years ago approval was sought for a clip-on unit that attached to the ear-lobe, however the FDA balked.
