I am in passion

I am 32 years old i have blood sugar type 1. i take insulin 70/30 morning (2.8) and night (2.0) my diet some time up down. and i feel some time Cold sweat and Heart Palpittions. please advise me what you will suggest for me.

If you are having cold sweats, its good to get it checked out by a doctor. If you're having problems with high blood pressure or heart palpitations, you DEFINITELY need to go see a doctor to rule out heart problems. By the way, you posted on the type 2 forum.
