I think i have a serious health problem

I think i have a form of diabetes. im not sure. can someone plz help me. i gave birth 5 months ago and was fine but for the past 2 months i have been feeling low on energy, am tired all the time {ive been known to sleep all day}, i have a craving for butter but im not pregnant. i feel faint and weak and my bowels are playing up i have tremors everytime i go loo for other than 2 urinate. its embrassing but i nearly passed out on the loo more than once. i have diarra after bouts of consipation. i did have a lot of blood in my stools a couple of months ago but its cleared up. im drinking a lot but am not losing wieght. i have a craving for starchy foods that is quite odd 4 me
