Kids with 86 sugar level..is this high or normal..?

I see some typical symptoms of Type 2 Diabetes to my 4 year old e.g frequently going to the bathroom, bubbles with urine/ always thirsty/ since my husband has type 2 diabetes so we have Glucose test meter in the house - and tested my son before and after meal - he always get around 85- 100 is he have a diabetes..? is this reading are high for 4 years old (I have Gestational diabetes when Im pegnant with him ) any medical advise or comments will greatly appreciated

He should have an A1c test performed by a doctor to be certain about diabetes as it can be passed from parent to child. Are you seeing bubbles or foam in his urine? Differences explained here http://www.ehow.com/how-does_5486040_causes-bubbles-urine.html
Bottom line, take him to a doctor asap.
