Can you substitute a meal drink or food bar type of thing for a meal? I'm having to eat 3 times a day now in which for me is very hard. If so which ones? Is there anything like that on the market for diabetes? Just curious.

Yes. What are you trying to accomplish by starvation? And, for how long depends on your body and the nutrition in the drink or bar.
That's why I was asking about if there was something in the health food stores or in some of the larger pharmacy's or something. I know most of them are terrible for you.
As for the starvation comment......very funny.... LOL I just happen to be someone that has littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys or no appetite at all during the day. I thought if a healthy food bar or meal replacement drink existed somewhere it would be easier to force down.

Read the label. Most drinks and/or food bars contain tons of sweeteners, sodium, and carbs.
