I woke up a few times soaked in sweat not sure why does it have anything to do with diabetes or what IM tired all the time very low energy level. any help you could give .

Hello,
Night sweats can be due to many things, including diabetes, but also various types of infections, cancers, menopause, hyperthyroid state, other hormonal disorders medications side effects etc.
Specifically in diabetes, it is often a reflection of having low blood sugars during the night.

Speak to your primary doctor about this as soon as possible.
