I was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes with a BGL of 117 and an A1C of 5.7. I have been on a fairly restricted diet with almost no sugar or carb intake and have lost 35 lbs. When I take my BGL in the morning it ranges from 99 - 110, while in the eveningEvening primrose Evening primrose oil it is around 83 - 93, meal or no meal. Why is it in the pre-diabetes range in the morning after almost 12+ hours of fastingFasting glucose tolerance test Glucose test - blood and in the normalNormal saline flush range for the duration of the day?
