Should I get checked?

Hello. I am 29 years old and have recently noticed some differences in how I have been feeling. I have been depressed bc of several losses in our family within a short period of time, so most of what I have been feeling I've related to that. Here in the last week I've noticed some changes...
- I wake up starving (even if I eat late at night...we're night owls)
- I urinate alot, mostly at night...I just went twice in 45 min. (My period is a week away, so I've attributed that to my period)

Everyone should have an annual/yearly health checkup. Many underlying diseases are hidden and go unnoticed until an exam reveals them. Please make an appointment with a doctor ASAP before whatever is causing your discomfort worsens. My condolences go out to you and your family on the loss of your loved ones.
