Hi,
I am afraid I am quite limited because I cannot examine your legs to see what you are describing. If you are concerned  about diabetes it is best that you have your blood sugar tested right away and the approprate treatments started.  Please try to see someone soon about this.
Take care and again, I am sorry I can be of only limited help for your situation.
