Swelling

I am not even sure this is related to my diabetes but my left ankle has been swollen for about a week now and it really hurts, is cold to the touch, the swelling subsides a little bit overnight but as the day wears on it gets swollen and discolored.

Hi,
I think you should have your ankle evaluated as soon as possible. This could be from a fracture that was undetected, poor circulation, and other issues that really should be looked into carefully. So please make an appointment with your doctor or nearest urgent care to have it evaluated soon.
