Excess glucose [blood sugar] is not evenly distributed throughout your entire body. They are carried on individual red blood cells [RBC] and RBC's are on the constant move. eg; if you took an extra large blood sample from your finger and measured it twice your test results will always be different as you're measuring "different" RBC's.
