blood, anxiety, and food HELP!!!

blood, anxiety, and food HELP!!!

I have had anxiety/morbid/extreme energy feelings that I believe are related to food. At first I wondered if it was physiological, but the feelings didn't match my opinions on things.

I went to a free clinic for my esophagus hernia and they gave me anti-nausea meds (Metoclopramide 10mg) for 6 months, which I immediately stopped taking once I found out they were not related to proton pump inhibitors. The only anxiety I have ever had before this was from an anti-nausea shot in the hospital years ago.

At worked my visioned blurred, so I did a urine test to see if I had high blood sugars, but glucose levels were fine. Later, I experienced incredible energy before eating and great lows after eating.

I have changed my diet, stopped drinking, and exercise. The anxiety attacks only come after eating as my blood levels spike and then regulate according to the home glucose test kit. I have balanced my nutrition to avoid High fructose, sugar, and empty carbs, and increased vitamins and protein.

But I still feel BAD, TERRIBLE! If I don't eat on time, I get sick. If I don't sleep perfect, I get sick. I have no appetite now. I feel sick for eating and sick for not eating. My energy is still way high. I suck..

It's time to see a doctor and have some proper blood work done...our imaginations can run wild with all the things it could be!!  Better to see a doc and have the bloodwork, and KNOW for sure what is going on...good luck  :)
