Hi there! Diabetic peristalsis is known as gastroparesis in medical terms. Aside blood sugar level and dietary changes (low fiber diet and restricted fat), a few medications may be helpful in the condition. If the symptoms are severe, you may consider an evaluation by your treating doctor for appropriate management.
