i am having diabetes , high BP, taking medicine for ostoporisis, i am taking medication for the diseases and now my problem is , while hearing sad news or emotional scenes, in disappointment i feel uneasy. In sometimes i could not control my anger, and emotions which leads this uneasiness and palpitation, kindly help me.

I am sorry you are experiencing this. However this is not quite the right forum for your concern. I think you may be best helped in the depression/anxiety forum, and please speak to your private doctor about your concerns in the near future.
