These are due to something called covert hypoglycemia. Intensive treatment to control diabetes by certain drugs leads to hypoglycemia which may not be recognised by the body. These hypoglycemic episodes are the cause of weakness and loss of energy.

Symptomatic related causes were provided in your last thread, Aug, 21. You need to undergo testing to find the culprit/cause of your issue. Isn't it time you discussed them with your doctor in person? Sorry, I can't help you further.
