glucose drop after eat balanced healthy meals

My glucose drops after each meal about 10-20 points.  An example meal is 2 eggwhites with a slice of 2 percent cheese, I/4 cup (dry) regular oatmeal with 1 cup skim milk, cinnamon and 1/2 apple with peel. I noticed less of a drop if I eat just protein.  My glucose drops after 1 hour and then slowly goes up at 2-3 hours.  It has gone down one time to 56 but all the others usually goes down to 67 to 70 from 98.  I sometimes feel cravings and become tired.  Could this be the cause of my numerous ups and downs each day of feeling down, tired, anxious?

Normally, the glucose level rises after a meal. If your pancreas produces too much insulin you may experience hypoglycemia episodes.

Have you spoken with an Endocrinologist, a diabetes specialist? How about a Clinical Dietitian/Nutritionist about your meal plans? Are you on any meds? In your case, it's best to have your pancreas and thyroid checked.
