I usually take lantuis but have non how much r insulin should I take tell I get home

You are playing Russian Roulette. It is unwise to mix or take another insulin without first discussing with your doctor. It is extremely unwise to follow a strangers dosage suggestion from an Internet public forum. Doing so may cause hypoglycemia, a coma, or even death.
