Does anyone else get really cold but feels like your face is on fire and really dizzy even if your sugars are in the 80's?

Hi there!

Though not the typical symptoms of hypoglycemia; similar symptoms could also be caused due to autonomic disturbances, blood pressure issues, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities etc. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
