lower fasting glucose quick

I want to find the quickest way to lower my morning fasting glucose numbers.  I have worked hard to bring this number down for my health safety but can't bring it down lower than 117 now for sometime.  What am I doing wrong?  Also at night I have leg cramps.  Is this related to my high glucose reading in the morning?  I've tried eating a snack before bedtime.  What can I do thats been proven to work.

Hello,
I am not sure if your cramps are related to the morning glucose because it is not very high.
The first thing to do is stop the bedtime snack and see if your sugars come down. You did not mention what medications, if any, you are taking while trying to get this morning level down. They may need some adjustment to help out.

Take care.
