i am diabitic since 2003 my sugar level in between 210 fasting and 310 PP. i am also suffering by yeast infection in my penis please help and advice me

Your fasting level is more than twice as high as the maximum normal fasting level of 99 mg/dl. In the past eight years it doesn't appear you are controlling and managing your diabetes... WHY? You must

● Eat a proper diabetic diet
    [low carbohydrate, no sugar, no dairy, no white flour, no white rice, no
     potatoe, etc]
● Maintain normal body weight
● Perform daily 30 minute physical exercise
● Maintain normal cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood pressure levels

As far as your "yeast infection" go see a doctor, you may have a STD.

I didn't know how to answer you. WaveRider certainly has. You must control your diabetes. If it doesn't kill you, it will make you an amputee. Get on the program NOW!!!!

Looks like almost everything is covered by the others that posted. You could have an std. Only you know if you are sexually active and using/not using protection.
   Yes it may be a yeast infection. It goes hand in hand often with uncontrolled blood sugar.  Even when my numbers are almost normal or normal, I still get them. Excess sugar is yeasts "candy", it loves moist sweet areas. (Not to be gross)   If it is that you may be able to take a antifungal by mouth, or use a cream.  
  I know they are torture!!!  Need help with your eating plan? You might want to go to a diabetes educator. I hope you were told how many carbs,sugars, proteins you are allowed a day.
  Last but not least, remember to try and keep yourself clean and dry.
