HI,
Some people can have muscle pains/cramps as part of their neuropathy but more often the cramps are related to an electrolyte imbalance, medication side effects or poor blood flow to the feet. While those issues are being checked out, massaging the feet and keeping them warm sometimes helps. Some patients have had some good results using heat rubs found in the drugstore but others have worsened pain so be careful if you hose to try them.
Take care
