sign of diabetes?

i did not know where to post this question but i know that diabetes can cause circulation problems. the last few days i have been noticing that the veins very close to the skin surface have been become very noticeable. it started on the palms of my hands and around my ankles. just this morning i noticed that the veins are more noticeable now on my legs and near the temples of my head. i also have been having a slight tingling feeling in my right leg and sometimes my right hand. i was just wondering if this is a sign of diabetes or something else. i will be going to the doctors at the beginning of next week but just wanted some early info. thanks.

i forgot to add (in case this helps) i am a 22 year old female. i am in my healthy weight range but on the high end.

Hi Kace9, not sure about the the viens, but be sure and have DR. test yuo for diabitics,
do have unuusak thrist? craving sweets freient urunation? thse scan be symtons,among others. Oe thing do  when you go to the DR. if or she says your vens is not a problem ask  whats causing it, if the DR. cant  go to  a new DR. ot a statment  i wouldnt wory about it , hope this helps. I hope yuo are not dibetic, but if yuo are , just do what yuor Dr. says snd you will do fine. perhaps yuo wil be able to control it by proper diest and walikng.I wish  you well.

Circulation problems in the feet:
    * Tobacco smoking
    * Obesity
    * Lack of exercise
    * Improper diet
    * High blood pressure
    * High cholesterol
    * Diabetes
    * Pregnancy
    * Long periods of sitting in a cramped and immobile position (Economy Class Syndrome)
And vascular disease.

Write everything down that is bothering you and discuss each one with the doctor. Be sure to discuss the tests he/she will be ordering and what he/she is looking for. At  minimum get a CBC (complete blood check).
