my mom is 62 years ols and diabetic and also have hypothroidism. recently her SGOT is 81 and SGPT is 107 . she is feeling nausea and shortening of breath . in urine test bacteria is present and leukocytes full field is seen . kindly advice .

Hello,

sounds like she has a urinary tract infection. These can make people feel very unwell. I hope her doctor is treating this.

Please see and discuss with her doctor as this is not something that can be treated through an online forum.

Please also make sure she is drinking plenty of fluids so that she doesn't get dehydrated.

Hope she is feeling better soon.
