gestational diabetes
Hey ladies need some advice, jt found out I have gestational diabetes,  meal times are ok, i work long days and i would only get a lunch break so inbetween breakfast/lunch, lunch/dinner I get really hungry no matter how much ive already eaten, ive been eating fruit but getin abit bored, anything u guys suggest nibbling on to keep the hunger at bay between meals?

I also have Gestational diabetes is been tough I find that eating cheese peanuts cheerios as snacks are helpful did you see a dietitian mine helped me out

Cheese, yogurt and nuts are my most fulling snacks. Also if your blood sugar is high try avoiding starch, it work for me. Be careful too get enough glucides but from nutritious food.

Im going to see a dietitian next week, but finding it hard getting through a days work without getting super hungry, so jt not sure or can think of anything to snack or nibble on apart from fruit

Once you see the dietitian you will have a better idea however it's hard because I find myself hungry all the time with the meal plan good luck
