Could she have diabetes?  She already has been told she has kidney reflux and low immunity levels.  She will drink all day and all night if  you would let her. She is hard to wake once she is asleep just wondering if it is diabetes?

Frequent urination, Excessive thirst, Extreme hunger, Unusual weight loss, Increased fatigue, Irritability and blurry vision are some other symptoms of diabetes
I would suggest if you recognize one or more of these symptoms to take her to the doctor and request a Fasting Plasma Glucose Test or an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test.  Those tests will give you a real answer and you won't just worry if she does have diabetes.
