I'm 24 F and have been having random hot flashes, and they really don't seem to have anything to do with my blood sugar. My blood sugar can be perfectly normalNormal saline flush and I still get hot flashes, to the point where I throw up. Don't know why they're here either.
How are your sugar levels? When my sugar is elevated or if I eat something with a high sugar content, I could sit in a tub of ice. Also you might ask for a thyroid panel as well. several years ago I developed gravesGraves disease disease. At times I felt like I could spontaneous combust. Talk to your md it might also have other hormone imbalances as well.
I've increased physical activity and lost ten pounds since october 21. It was just my body adjusting.
I'm getting good exercise five out of seven days a week.
