I'm not a medical professional, just the parent of a kid with diabetes. 8 hours of fastingFasting glucose tolerance test Glucose test - blood is normal, but 14 isn't a bad thing. 104 is a little high, under 100 is good, between 100 and 125 is considered pre-diabetes. The fluctuations you are seeing are typical of blood glucose scores. With type 1 diabetes, there really isn't much you can do to get your blood glucose level lower. If you are going to develop diabetes, there isn't anything known you can do to stop it. You can keep exercising, you can keep eating well, and that's about all you can do. Not very helpful or positive, I know.
