DIET FOR DIABETIS

My father is suffering from diabetis (500mg) and is taking insulin injection. Can u plz recommend suitable diet.

Hi.  I'm not a medical professional or a dietician, just the parent of a kid with diabetes.  Diet planning is something that can be worked out with your doctor, and your doctor can even refer you to a dietician that specialized in diabetes.  But in general, a healthy diet for a diabetic is no different from a healthy diet for anyone else.  You simply must count the carbs properly so that the right amount of insulin can be dosed to cover them.  More proteins, less fats, fewer calories, more greens, more fruits.  It's all basic diet principles.
